I contacted the company and they ended up giving me a small discount on the product and asked that I get the hardware from my local store. The cost of the self tapping screws and rubber washers cost more than the discount I was given.After seeing my disappointment, customer service reached out again, covered my expenses and made everything right. I’m still very happy with the productWas a little difficult to make sure it was square and fitted when putting it on but looks great.Have not installed product as yet.It seems to be made very well and easy to install on backboard.Fit perfect! Exactly what was required.Came as advertised - easy to install and it looks great.The pro goal basing was a great fit for our backboard.Well made and easy to installGreat addition to my glass backboard.
